I joined JHL as the UX/UI lead during a time of significant transformation, where I played a key role in modernising both internal workflows and client-facing deliverables.

I joined Accelo as a Product Designer during a pivotal phase when the team was implementing a new design system and rolling out a refreshed look across the entire product.
I played a critical role in the Accelo redesign, delivering updated and intuitive designs for highly utilised areas of the platform. My design process was rooted in thorough research, employing a variety of methodologies to gain deep user insights. I led both internal and customer interviews, validating design decisions, and iterating based on the feedback and insights gathered from these sessions.
In addition to enhancing various product screens and features, I spearheaded the rebranding effort, focusing on a complete redesign of the Accelo website, logo and overall brand identity. This rebrand was not just about aesthetics; it was about creating a cohesive and engaging user experience that aligns with our brand values and mission.
During my role as a Product Designer at Easy Agile, I was an integral part of a cross-functional agile team, collaborating closely with product owners, product managers and front and back-end developers. My approach was rooted in customer-focused research, where I employed various methodologies to gather valuable insights. I facilitated design sprints to rapidly prototype and test ideas, ensuring that the solutions we developed were both innovative and user-centric.
I was responsible for creating modern UX/UI designs that significantly enhanced the user experience, making daily interactions more intuitive and enjoyable for Easy Agile customers. During my time freelancing, I had the privilege of working with some of Sydney's best agencies, including J. Walter Thompson, DDB and Wellcom. This role required me to quickly build genuine relationships and seamlessly integrate into various team cultures, which not only ensured a productive and collaborative environment but also led to lasting professional connections. Notably, I was the only freelancer to be rehired at Wellcome after having worked there full-time, a testament to my adaptability and cultural fit.
I worked on a vast array of brands alongside some of Sydney's most creative minds, contributing to projects for Nestle Kit Kat, Allens Lollies, Vodafone, Subway, Coca-Cola, Telstra, Citibank, and Stockland. My responsibilities were diverse, encompassing art direction, graphic design, photography, creative retouching, animation, storyboarding for video adverts, banner ads, magazine design, and pitch materials. Each project allowed me to apply my skills across multiple disciplines, delivering high-quality work that resonated with clients and audiences alike.
During my time as a Senior designer at Emotivate, an agency specialising in healthcare, I was deeply involved in designing and producing iPad applications, conference materials, brand development, illustration, video editing and production. The healthcare design space demands meticulous attention to detail and creative problem-solving, particularly when presenting extensive text and disclaimers in a visually appealing manner. This experience has sharpened my ability to navigate any complexities that may arise during any project, ensuring both aesthetic excellence and functional clarity.
